Sleep is an important part of sustaining control over your body. When you have adequate sleep you are more alert and focused throughout the day. Concentration is required when losing weight, in order to avoid temptations to eat things you know you shouldn’t eat (97).
When you lack sleep, it is easier to become stressed about a certain situation and this could lead to the “munchies.”
Try to go to bed earlier, so that you will have more time in the morning to get things ready for the next day. You will need a little extra time every morning to assure that you are ready to face the day by following your new plan to become a healthier you.
