If you brag about losing a little bit of weight, before you have met you goal of total weight loss, you will feel like you have accomplished a lot already. This can inhibit you from reaching your real goal. Losing a little bit of weight is just the beginning. You still have a ways to go. Although you are well on your way to reaching your weight loss goals, there’s still work to do. While giving yourself a little bit of credit is good, giving yourself too much credit can make you feel like you’re done. Avoid confusing yourself and continue on your journey until you reach your goals.
