When embarking on your journey to lose weight you have to find your core. Look deep inside yourself and remember your values, why you do what you do. Focus on the simple things that you care about the most and avoid distractions that may make it harder to lose weight. You must be more focused and more assertive in order to achieve your goals. Apathy will get you nowhere; in fact it will take you backwards.
What do you value the most? Why do you want to lose weight? What drives you to accomplish your goals? Who matters most in your life? What other life goals can you accomplish, once you’ve lost weight?
